How to spot an AZ Blue member
When our members need care, they turn to YOU for help
Whether a member is renewing or changing a plan, or is new to Blue, here are the five accepted ways to check an ID so you can quickly validate eligibility.
AZ Blue ID card
Most members will receive a card by the first day of their new plan year. For renewing members, last year's card also works.
Printed ID card
Cards (front and back) printed at home can be accepted.
Digital ID card
Members can log in to their account and email a PDF or text a screen shot of their card (front and back).
Digital credentials
Members can share identification credentials through their mobile "wallet."
Member search
Members can share their name, member ID, and date of birth to use for eligibility validation.
