Good news! We're refreshing AZBlue.com

Perhaps you’ve noticed some changes starting to show up on AZBlue.com signaling a new look and feel for our Blue Cross^® Blue Shield^® of Arizona (AZ Blue) website. More changes are on the way, including a whole new approach to the provider hub at AZBlue.com/providers.

Making it easy

To help you access the content you need faster, we’re expanding what’s available without logging in. We’re also introducing a search tool for locating resources and a more comprehensive Resource Center.

Our user-experience designers have been working to create an interface that is more intuitive and user-friendly. You’ll be able to see the big picture of what's available, including content accessible with and without a login. The goal is to help you navigate content more quickly to support your business processes.

Implementation timeframe

We don’t have a firm target date yet for the azblue refresh launch. We’ll keep you posted and introduce you to some of the features before we go live. Thanks to all of you who have offered suggestions to improve the digital experience for providers. We look forward to sharing the results with you.
