Dental benefits for Medicare Advantage members
All of our 2025 Medicare Advantage plans include certain dental benefits that are administered by our BlueDental team. To be in-network for these benefits, you must be contracted with us for the BlueDental Prime Medicare Advantage dental network. Out-of-network services are not covered. For information about participating in this network, contact the BlueDental team at 1-888-271-7806.
Dental benefit coverage and member cost share
Members must pay a $10 copay for all dental office visits.
• Preventive services are covered with no additional cost share.
• For type II and III services, coverage and cost share varies.

Medicare Advantage dental benefit ID card sample
We send Medicare Advantage members a separate ID card for dental benefits. It displays the dental prefix 99D.
