Our AZ Blue Payer Space now includes our Remit History app
Good news! We have added a “Remit History” app in our Payer Space on the Availity Essentials™ provider portal. This rounds out your access to remits on Essentials:
• The Remittance Viewer feature displays remits for payments made on or after July 8, 2024.
• The new Remit History app gives you remits for payments made before July 8, 2024.
Where to find remits on Essentials
1. Remittance Viewer (for payments made on or after July 8, 2024)
Go to “Claims & Payments” in the gray menu bar along the top of the website. In the dropdown menu, click on the “Remittance Viewer” link.
In the Remittance Viewer, you’ll see your most recent remits in the dashboard. From there you can use the many search and filter options to find specific remits for payments made on or after July 8, 2024.
2. Remit History App (for payments made before July 8, 2024)
Go to the “Payer Spaces” link in the gray menu bar the top of the website. In the dropdown menu, click the AZ Blue icon:
Once in the AZ Blue Payer Space, you’ll see three tabs:
Applications Resources News and Announcements
In the “Applications” tab, click on the Remit History app. From there you can set up your search to find remits for payments made before July 8, 2024. Remit history goes back three years from the current date.
Other resources in the AZ Blue Payer Space
Check out the Resources tab for convenient links to many other AZ Blue resources, including a quick way to get the AZ Blue portal without another login. You can also easily get to our Resources Hub on the AZ Blue website (includes forms, guidelines, and many other helpful resources).
