We have good news for your Medicare Advantage (MA) provider portal eligibility and claim searches: You can now get the most up-to-date results on the Availity Essentials™ provider portal. You can also link to other MA resources through our Essentials Payer Space page. We plan to close the current Medicare Advantage provider portal as soon as possible.

Why move?

Using the Essentials portal tools will give you our most current information, plus the following upgrades:

Access to ID cards for MA members

More options for claim status searches

Don’t wait! To learn more and register for Essentials, visit availity.com/azblue. Your account admin can then set up user accounts for staff.

Finding resources on the Essentials portal

Availity makes it easy to find the eligibility and benefits and claim status search tools. You can mark them as favorites on the homepage. From our Payer Space page, you can also create quick-link favorites for other MA resources, such as:

Medicare Advantage Provider Resources (resource page)

•

Prior Authorization and Medical Policies (includes resources for MA plans)

•

Provider Directory–Medicare Advantage (MA network directories)
