AZ Blue welcomes Banner Children’s to the MaricopaFocus Network
Effective January 1, 2025, four Banner Children’s facilities will be added to AZ Blue’s MaricopaFocus exclusive network:
• Banner Children’s at Desert
• Banner Children’s at Thunderbird
• Banner Children’s at Estrella
• Banner Children's at Ironwood
We’re also adding these BannerHealth groups and facilities to MaricopaFocus:
• Banner medical group
• BannerHealth-associated physician groups
• Banner urgent care facilities
• Banner imaging centers
Support for kids
The expansion creates new quality pediatric care options for families with AZ Blue plans that use the MaricopaFocus Network. Please be sure to update your in-network referral recommendations accordingly.
