Get AZ Blue fees on the Availity Essentials portal

Great news! You can now access our fee schedules on the Availity Essentials™ provider portal. It’s simple and easy:

1.	Enter your organization’s tax ID and NPI numbers
2.	Select one or more AZ Blue fee schedules
3.	Enter your procedure or revenue codes
4.	View or export your search results

How to access this application

To find the fee schedule app on Essentials, go to “Claims & Payments > Fee Schedule Listing.” Your user roles must include “Claims & Follow-Up” and “Provider Fee Schedule” in order to access this app.
