Complimentary CNE/CME opportunity for maternity care providers

Join us in addressing Arizona’s maternal and infant health crisis through a powerful education opportunity. We’re partnering with the March of Dimes^® to offer a 90-minute training: Dismantling Bias in Maternal and Infant Healthcare™. The course shares insights to help leaders and staff establish a culture of equity that elevates the quality of maternity care for all.

Why it matters

Among developed nations, the U.S. ranks among the most dangerous for safe and healthy childbirth. Significant ethnic and racial disparities often result in preventable premature births and maternal deaths. Awareness of implicit bias can improve patient-provider communication, overall patient experience, and quality of care. AZ Blue collaborates with March of Dimes and network providers to increase access to implicit bias training here in Arizona.
