We’ve made it easier for you to get to the AZ Blue provider portal when you’re working in the Availity Essentials™ portal. First you have to link your account. In Essentials, go to “AZ Blue Payer Space > Resources > AZ Blue Provider Portal-Quick Access” and follow the prompts.
With a linked account, you’ll go straight to the portal homepage when you click the “Quick Access” link. You can also get right to these items on our Payer Space resource tab (no login needed):

Update on August code edit changes
One of the code edits we intended to update in August will not be implemented as planned. We are re-evaluating the Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE) Practitioner code edit. For now, there will be no change in how we’re applying this edit to professional claims. It will remain in place for services billed by the same provider. See the revised list of August code edits.
